Victoria and Albert Museum, London, Greater London, United Kingdom.
The history of the V&A is a story unlike any other. From its beginnings as a Museum of Manufactures in 1852, to the foundation stone laid by Queen Victoria in 1899, and to today's contemporary galleries, the museum has continually evolved, collecting and publicly interpreting art and design. Its collections span 5,000 years of human creativity in virtually every medium, housed in one of the finest collections of Victorian and modern buildings in the UK.
The museum displays the works of famous masters:
Anton Peffenhauser, Augsburg, Germany.
Wolfgang Grosschedel, Landshut, Germany.
Daniel Hopfer, Augsburg, Germany.
Desiderius Helmschmidt, Augsburg, Germany.
Konrad Seusenhofer, Innsbruck, Austria.
Lucio Piccinino (Marliani), Milan, Italy.
Matthäus Frauenpreiss d. Ä., Augsburg, Germany.
Pompeo della Cesa, Milan, Italy.
