Lesany Castle - Zámek Lešany, Lesany, Central Bohemian Region, Czech Republic.
The chateau was rebuilt from an older residence in the mid-16th century. After 1683, the St. Vitus Chapter at Prague Castle acquired the building and gave the chateau its current four-winged layout. The Chapter owned the chateau until the end of World War II. In 1949, the property was nationalized and belonged to a local agricultural cooperative until the 1990s. In December 1996, Ladislav Truhlář purchased the chateau from the municipality and literally breathed new life into the estate.
