Museo Stibbert - Museum Stibbert, Città Metropolitana di Firenze, Toscana, Repubblica Italiana.
European Armory.
The collection was entirely assembled by Stibbert during his collecting career, between 1860 and the end of the century. It features a large number of examples of armor, weapons, and firearms, primarily from the 16th to 18th centuries, but also includes some 14th-century pieces, archaeological objects, and 19th-century examples.
The armor, primarily from the 16th century, comes from Italian, German, and French workshops and meets the needs of medieval warfare or various types of military tournaments.
The museum displays the works of famous masters:
Pompeo della Cesa, Milan, Italy.
