   The Armory, one of the largest private collections of historical weaponry in Austria, features exceptional exhibits and valuable, unique wartime artifacts. Superbly appointed and divided into a vestibule and a cannon room, it contains equipment sufficient for nearly 100 men, comparable to that used to defend a castle of this size.
   The advancement of knightly weaponry technology over the centuries is vividly documented through the use of superbly crafted armor, helmets, shields, weapons, and equipment from various eras, as well as an impressive collection of swords. In the vestibule of the armory, one can see peasant weapons, halberds, and small cannons from the 16th century.
